Returns and Exchanges

Should you ever buy anything from us that is damaged or is not the correct size for you, you may return any of our products, intact in original packaging and tags, for a product to product replacement as relevant.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. If you should need further information regarding the return of any Batiks.lk products, please do not hesitate to call us at +94 773 524 046  and it would be our pleasure to assist you however we could.

We only exchange products purchased on our website. Any products purchased from a third party outlet, exchange would depend on their terms and conditions.

 Exclusions Criteria for Returns and Exchanges

Slight color variation is not subject to exchange as, Product color may vary respect to devices used/ light variations at both image capturing and viewing.

Silk material products are subject to exchange ONLY without been used. Further physical damage of silk material products double checked prior to dispatch towards customer and not subject to exchange.

Products exceeding 14 days are not accepted for exchanges.

Online Purchase

To exchange an online purchase please fill in the product return form through the website within 14 days of receiving it, mentioning the exchange details required in the comments section of the form. We exchange the product for any damages with free delivery, for size issues we do a free exchange for one time and should you exchange for any other reason such as color exchange or style exchange, the standard delivery fee will apply. To exchange successfully the product must be non used and in resalable condition, with packaging intact and inclusive of invoice.

In-Store Purchase

If you have bought a Batiks.lk product at a leading retailer please adhere to the retailer’s return policy.

Cancel Order

If you have placed an order on our website and have changed your mind about it, please fill in the product return form, mentioning the reason as order error. If we have not shipped the item yet, no worries it is like you never placed the order. In the event that the order has been dispatched, we will guide you on the best way to proceed. If you have received the order and want to cancel it, this is unfortunately something we will not be able to accommodate. In this case, please follow general exchange policies.
