To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn, washed, or altered garments
- Items missing their original tags or packaging
- Custom-made or tailored batiks
- Innerwear and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
