• No reproduction, redistribution, or duplication without written consent.
• No commercial usage of brand motifs or styling images.

Due to the unique handcrafting process of Sri Lankan batik, slight variances in design layouts, pattern structures, and dye saturations are expected and celebrated. Prices are subject to adjustment without prior notification.

BATIKS.LK shall not be held liable for any indirect, circumstantial, or consequential delivery delays, fabric shifts caused by manual washing non-compliance, or site downtime interruptions.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
